Shenila is a native Houstonian, born and raised and has seen Houston and the surrounding areas develop and grow. She grew up in the Memorial area, went to Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart and graduated from University of Houston. She is known for her positive attitude, attention to detail, integrity and responsive nature. She is committed to her clients and her priority is to serve. Shenila is very active in the community with philanthropy work. She has volunteered her time and has served on numerous non-profit boards for over 30 years including Asian Pacific American Heritage Association, South Asian Chamber of Commerce and Amanaah Refugee Services. She supports the American Heart Association, American Arthritis Foundation,UNICEF, Asian American Family Services and Interfaith Ministries of Greater Houston. She is an active member of the Parents Association of her alma mater, Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart and she serves on the board of the Shifa USA Women's center. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the Texas Association of Realtor (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She believes one of the best aspects to her work is meeting new people, discovering new neighborhoods,and helping others to see the beauty in all that Houston has to offer. Family is important to Shenila, and home is where the family gathers, getting the right home is such an important choice and having the right agent makes that journey and choice much easier.
